By accessing or using any STTIL Solutions LLC product or service — including Signal CGM, this website, and any associated tools (collectively, "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms apply to all users, including DMEPOS suppliers, billing companies, administrators, and any other persons who access the Services on behalf of an organization.
STTIL Solutions LLC provides software tools for DMEPOS (Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies) suppliers and related billing operations. Current Services include:
Signal CGM is architected to operate without storing Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. The sole crosswalk key is your organization's internal patient_id (MRN or account number). Signal CGM does not store patient names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, addresses, or contact information. Your organization maintains the patient_id ↔ patient identity mapping in your own systems.
By using Signal CGM, you represent that:
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including CMS billing requirements, HIPAA (where applicable to your organization), and any applicable state DME regulations.
You may not:
Signal CGM calculates coverage expiry based on CMS wear-day rules and payer rules as configured in the system. These calculations are provided as a workflow aid to support your billing team's proactive outreach. STTIL Solutions does not guarantee that use of Signal CGM will result in claim approval or regulatory compliance. Coverage rules, payer policies, and CMS guidance change. Your organization bears responsibility for verifying all claims against current payer requirements before submission.
All content, software, algorithms, and materials comprising the Services are the property of STTIL Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STTIL Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to claim denials, lost revenue, regulatory penalties, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to STTIL Solutions LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. STTIL Solutions LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
STTIL Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which STTIL Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
STTIL Solutions LLC may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
